"Spec"tacular Hiatus Post + Cause For Paws

Cause for Paws

In case you missed yesterdays post.
Amber 'Pixie' Wells has posted her 'Cause for Paws' spanking clip. The spanking is long and no punches where pulled. Ms Wells took this spanking after a hard day's shooting so she started with an already battered back side. IMHO Ms Wells has just earned herself the right to a lot of respect from the rest of us out in spanko land. You can find the clip by following this link Cause for Paws Spanking Video

Mini "spec"tacular spanking

The photo above comes from Pandora's Bot

The next one came from Girls Boarding School

And this last one was from Spanking Pics And Videos

OK I'll admit it, I like LOL cats but these LOL cats don't like dogs

Probably the hardest lyrics to understand ever but a brilliant song

The pictures of Pandora Blake you found on the Spanking Spot are clearly marked as being from, and are the copyright of SoundPunishment.com and I would appreciate you attributing them correctly in your post.

This is an amateur blog that operates on a not for profit basis, it does however have to co-exist with commercial blogs, therefore the policy at this blog is that if a picture is found at another spanking blog, that blog gets the link for the picture and blog readers can link to that blog and find the link to the site from that blog. If the picture is found at a website that site is linked. This is also the excepted etiquette across the spank blogging community, as far as I am aware.

As I am not prepared to change the linking policy for this blog nor annoy my fellow bloggers by not accrediting the blog from which the pictures originate and you are in objection to this I have removed and replaced the offending photographs. I hope that this compromise satisfies both myself and yourself.

It was not the use of the pictures that was the problem. The problem is that instead of saying "the following pictures from Sound Punishment were found on blog XXXX you accredited the pictures to another source without reference to copyright owner. That is technically a breach of copyright.

I have no objections to approved images found on other blogs being used on your blog, or any other, so long as the legal niceties are complied with.

I haven't lived in the UK for many years so perhaps there has been a change in the law since then but I am presuming that you are referring to the copyright and intellectual properties legislation put in place in 1988. The copyright laws in Belgium are somewhat different and I believe are satisfied by leaving any identifying stamps or names on the work in question intact (as was done in this case). As the pictures where taken from a blog published in USA, this throws in a third set of legal niceties that I for one do not have any knowledge of. In short due to the international nature of this situation, copyright issues may be somewhat fuzzy and difficult to follow across the international borders and do not represent a good set of guidelines for this situation.

However it does not seem unreasonable to me that the source of the material be written in the post as long as the link provided goes back to where I obtained the photograph from. Thus giving proper accreditation to the work without "taking the bread from the tables" of the commercial bloggers, from which many of the pictures that I use are obtained. I will be following this policy from now on, although I will not be amending my archives (life's too short). I hope this is satisfactory to all and that under these conditions I may use material that originated from Sound Punishment in the future without upsetting anyone.
