Flogging Therapy From Russia A Clip

I have read much around the blogs about the flogging to treat depression that is happening in Russia but I have not seen anyone post a clip of this. So to rectify this there is a clip illustrating what the treatment involves here. I think the woman in the clip could easily get paid for her treatment, by some clip producers, rather than having to pay for her treatment :)
